I am responsible for overseeing the customer experience, strategic direction, and portfolio management of websites. This role encompasses graphic and interface design, content management, usability testing, and email marketing. I manage a team of over four UX/UI designers and contractors to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices across all channels.

I have established all digital marketing and user experience initiatives for Mobile Marketing clients and products in the US and Canada. Additionally, I provide leadership aligned with MMA’s goals and profits by directing user interface design, front-end development, user experience storytelling, UX research, life-cycle processes, use case development, and persona development.

Furthermore, I conceptualize transactional applications for self-service and have played a pivotal role in creating the Mobile Marketing brand, significantly contributing to the company's growth.

During my time at AT&T Mobility, I was responsible for conducting thorough research, creating wireframes, and implementing and testing both internal and external applications. I employed industry-leading usability methodologies to improve conversion rates across AT&T platforms. Additionally, I developed detailed use cases, storyboards, and personas specifically designed to effectively engage customers in the consumer market. Finally, I implemented lifecycle processes to continuously enhance user interfaces, which ultimately improved product effectiveness.
